GROOVE TUBES 212 CABINET OPEN BACK ANGLED BAFFLE280 viewsHere is a Groove Tubes 2x12 cabinet in used condition. It has some nicks and the tolex could use a cleaning. It is built solid and has many years of playability left in her. The grillcloth has two blemishes but are small and almost unoticable. Just add your favorite speakers and you are ready to roll. The back panel is also included which converts the open-back cabinet to a closed-back cabinet. The cab measures 28" wide, 19" high, and 11" deep.

This is no ordinary Van Zandt set.
The neck and middle are the SUPER RARE Fullertone series that W.L. Van Zandt wired right before he passed in 1997.
The Middle Pickup is Reverse Wound.
These where purchased from Performance Guitar - Los Angeles in 1999.
Legend has it they are made from the same wire used to rewind SRV's Number One, the wire is no longer made.
No doubt they sound great - Basically a 50's overwound. 3D with bite and warmth.
The Bridge is the overwound Rock model. Lots of output with more clarity than most at this level.
