GIBSON 1960 LES PAUL SPECIAL REISSUE TV WHITE VOS PLEK 2006805 viewsCERTIFICATE FROM THE CUSTOM SHOP HISTORIC AND CASE CANDY This 2006 VOS Special has remained in the case since I got it so it is near mint--a 9.5 out of 10, I would say, with minimal wear (very mild pickguard scuffs mainly) and no buckle rash, nicks or dents. It is very rare TV White; more of an off-white than yellow in color. The guitar has received the superb PLEK treatment for setup when built by Gibson. What a great, great playing neck. The VOS series is great-all specs are historically accurate to it's year of production (nitro cellulose finish, bumblebee caps, nickle hardware, wraparound bridge, aged finish and hardware, etc) and best of all-the fret work is stunning! Plays like butter, low action, great feel and resonation. The P-90 single coils are to die for--thick and biting, but not muddy for rhythm work, like humbuckers can be. You will not be disappointed in this guitar!
