1979 Gibson ES Artist884 viewsA really unusual model from Gibson's past. Has active electronics by Moog, including active tone controls and compression, brightness, and expansion switches. Note the dot markers to the side of the neck. It also has a very unusual headstock inlay (not shown). This one is in near mint condition and sounds awesome!

Flat sawn top, nice color, nice weight at 8 lbs. 8 oz., and plays nicely. This is the first of three versions of the 50th anniversary 1960 reissues. It has all 1959 features. More to come!

2010 Gibson Les Paul Historic 1960 Reissue 50th Anniversary Model Version 1 Darkburst872 viewsThis guitar is awesome! 8 lbs. 4 oz., perfect setup out of the box, great tone, and the color, while not historically correct, is very cool - the dark brown is almost black, and the burst is very reminiscent of the rare vintage Argentine Grey color found on ES guitars from the early 60's.
