This is a mid 1990's Gibson Les Paul Standard neck shape - not a baseball bat not a yardstick like the classics - I would say it's identical to what is called the "50's" on the current production.

This baffle was removed from a JD Newell Deluxe Reverb Cabinet and mounts with screws from the back of the cabinet thru an offset block in the cab. The older Deluxe Reverbs mounted this way but I am not sure about the Reissues.These 16 ohm Tone Tubbies are wired in parallel for an 8 ohm Silverface Deluxe Reverb so they will drop right in your 8 ohm setup. Total change out time is about 10 minutes, this would be a great dual tone setup with your existing speaker and baffle, If you get tired of the 1x12 sound just drop this baffle in for a great 2x10 Tone Tubby sound. If you are not familiar with Tone Tubby speakers, check out www.tonetubby.com and see what all the excitement is about. I think they have sound samples on their site.

GRECO FIREBIRD I579 viewsThis is the best Firebird I have ever owned and played. I have had many of these, but none was as good sounding and well crafted as this one. The neck has the perfect shape, almost like a 1959 Les Paul, not too big and not too thin, just right. The Seymour Duncan mini humbucker is very articulate. It has lots of bite, and doesn't sound thin like others do sometimes. The guitar is very well balanced and light weight, which is kind of unusual for these.
