This is no ordinary Van Zandt set.
The neck and middle are the SUPER RARE Fullertone series that W.L. Van Zandt wired right before he passed in 1997.
The Middle Pickup is Reverse Wound.
These where purchased from Performance Guitar - Los Angeles in 1999.
Legend has it they are made from the same wire used to rewind SRV's Number One, the wire is no longer made.
No doubt they sound great - Basically a 50's overwound. 3D with bite and warmth.
The Bridge is the overwound Rock model. Lots of output with more clarity than most at this level.

Worth mentioning are a few light nicks and scuffs (mostly on the bottom) and one patch in the tolex on the front above the control panel that is barely noticeable (see red circle).
