82 Les Paul Custom b156 viewsThis used to be a Cherry Sunburst (3 piece top). I put on a Kahler stud mount trem on it in 87. I regretted doing it shortly afterwards and the guitar sat for awhile. In 99 I had taken up guitar repair and I had built some solid bodies from scratch. I decided to try and refinish this. I filled the hole with a piece of oak and finished the body in Re-Ranch ebony laquer base and laquer clear coat. It came out great.

My 67 Tele136 viewsI know this is a Les Paul Forum but my axes must stay together even in picture form. I got this at Troubador Music in King Of Prussia PA in 1984 for 400.00. I still kick myself in the butt for not buying more vintage Fenders back then. They were so CHEAP!!!!
